The story…very briefly
During COVID, we were looking for a way to adapt and diversify in such a challenging time. Likewise, our dear friend Stacy Lang was figuring out what to do with her small, counter-serve restaurant. One day, inspiration struck when we were tipped off about a food truck for sale. We bought it and decided to give the reins to Stacy and let the magic happen!
Chef Stacy’s food schedule:
Curry Thursday - Every Thursday at 4:00pm until sold out.
Summer Sundays (May -September) - 1:00pm until sold out
Brunch (December - April) - 11:00am until sold out
